NURS 203 - Nursing Enrichment

Nursing is a high-stakes program culminating in a license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Preparation for success in the nursing program is dependent upon the ability to apply theory to practice on unit, cumulative, and standardized exams. Focus will be on learning style, study skills, critical thinking, clinical analytical reasoning, and time management. Course required for those determined by the Admissions Committee to be at risk as well as those who earn C+ or lower in the test category or course grade in a core NURS course.  Lab Fee: 6 ($90).
Prerequisite(s): Enrollment in NURS classes and Director of Admissions and Progressions referral.
